REFUND POLICY

This policy is only for employees or candidates.

•    Your registration payment for ID creation and application is non-refundable.

•    In case you make the payment twice, you are eligible for a refund for the second payment in 60 days. For further assistance, you may get in touch with support@zero-pi.com

•    SCEIVi stands responsible for GST to the Government. Therefore, you must initiate the GST amount with the registration fee. In the case of a refund, the GST is strictly non-refundable. Only in case of the Government permitting the same, are we liable to offer you a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•    Once registered, you cannot delete or cancel your account for any reason.
