"you", “your”, "user", “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and or agreed to purchase from us.

Your use of the website and or purchase from us are governed by following Terms and Conditions:

• Must provide accurate information.

• We don’t allow sharing of your unique Reg. ID and password.
• You’re responsible for keeping us aware of changes in your company.
• In case of Government non-permitting this app, we might not be responsible for any kind of data loss.
• We’re not responsible for any fees that you process without the knowledge or awareness of the SCEIVi app.
• The app is completely free of cost to any employer/ organization until the SCEIVi team sends you a notification to renew your plans.
• We at SCEIVi are not responsible for any scams or monetary losses raised in our name.
• Kindly go through the app usage steps and instructions to avoid any kind of loss or mishap.
• We follow the Indian Penal Code in case of any legal issues we face.
• We also would like to let you know that we aren’t responsible for the aftereffects faced in case of your submission of any misinformation.
• There are chances of the candidate submitting fake details for a better score. We suggest you conduct an additional inquiry to get better clarity about him/ her.
• You must strictly refrain from accepting any payment from any unknown resource in the name of Sceivi.
• We adhere to the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in case of any legal concerns.
• We aren’t responsible for any fake/ improper data that you submit.
• Our website contains material that is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than following the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. The content of the pages of this website is subject to change without notice.
• All trademarks reproduced in our website that are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.
• From time to time our website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information with ZeroPi Tech Solutions PVT LTD’s prior written consent.
• The employees may submit fake details to improve their profile scores. We insist that you recheck the details before further processing.
• The application may undergo updations concerning features/ services/ usages.
• SCEIVi may pause/ stop/ restart its services uncalled.
• Since SCEIVi is a digitalized platform, we suggest you remain aware of our app and its functioning.
• Make sure that you receive all our messages/emails through the authorized channel.
• We may also update or change our corporate profile spontaneously.
• SCEIVi has the right to record or download your data anytime.
• SCEIVi may also share your profile and details with Government authorities for legal steps if need be.
• Apart from our security, make sure that you keep an eye on your details and keep it confidential.
• SCEIVi may stop/ delete your profile anytime without any prior notice.
• In case you feel scammed, kindly contact the team and let us know of your profile misuse to take immediate action.
• SCEIVi takes you and your information into confidence while registering.
• As for SCEIVi’s T&C, we are registered as ‘ZeroPi Tech Solutions PVT LTD, CIN UK8500KL2024PTC085535.
• In case of ruin the reputation, we have the right to collect the compensation from you and your assets as per IPC.
• You may not collect/ download data from the SCEIVi application.
• In case you find the T&C, kindly refrain from registering with SCEIVi.

• Make sure that your data is all accessible.
• Keep your Registration ID and password confidential.
• Make it a point to update your company details with SCEIVi.
• We neglect the responsibility of any payments made without our knowledge.
• Sharing your SCEIVi ID may be a cause for your privacy infringement. Kindly refrain from such activities.
• Kindly make the payment to SCEIVi’s account directly.
• The SCEIVi app isn’t free for any candidate or applicant.
• We might change/ alter the modes of payment for our services. Kindly check the Terms and Conditions for any such updations.
• We aren’t responsible for any financial loss such as wrong payments shortly.
• There are chances of getting job vacancies from fraudulent/ non-existing firms. To avoid such scams, kindly go for a detailed inquiry from your end.
• Make sure to get as much information about your future company before applying.
• Ensure to conduct proper research about the company well ahead of applying.
• Do not accept any payment from anyone in the name of SCEIVi.
• SCEIVi is not responsible for any loss in case of dilapidation of this app.
• Make sure to adhere to the rules and regulations of this app to make a safe use.
• Recheck that you receive the right notifications from team SCEIVI.
• We may pause/ delete your ID without notice.
• If you feel that there is an unauthorized use of your data, then kindly contact our assistance team. Unauthorized use of information provided by us shall give rise to a claim for damages and or be a criminal offense.
• SCEIVi trusts you and the data you share with us.
• SCEIVi doesn’t encourage any monetary transactions in our name.
• By ticking the ‘I agree’ column, we assume that you’ve read through the terms and conditions.

• Keep your ID and password secure.
• Don’t share your ID and password with anyone.
• Memorise your ID and password.
• In case of any pandemic situation, we aren’t responsible for the loss of your data.
• In case of loss of your devices with the details, kindly inform your authorities.
• For any loss/ misuse of data, SCEIVi isn’t responsible.
• In case of any physical/ mental attack from your end, we may have to take legal action.
• If you collect/ misuse any data without our knowledge, we can act against you.
• Kindly refrain from registering on the SCEIVi app if you find the T&C unacceptable.
• Once you install/ register with us with payment, you cannot delete your account without valid reasons.
• Your payment and refund policies come under the IPC.
• Your payments are non-refundable for any reason.
• In case of making payments twice, you can get in touch with the officials at the registered mail ID- support@zero-pi.com to initiate a refund.
• To get your refund processed, kindly share valid details with the SCEIVi officials, or else your refund may get canceled.
• Your refund may be initiated in 60 days.
• We don’t encourage registrations without prior registration payment which is to be done in 60 days.
• The payment option, the amount, and the period of payment may vary at times.
• Every payment is time-bound. After the given period, you may have to renew your account.
• Kindly reconsider your decision before sharing your ID.
• If your CV gets a low score from your employer, SCEIVi is not to be blamed.
• You have no right to ask us for a score revision.
• If an employer gives you the wrong score in a mismatch with your profile, you can go for a legal process. SCEIVi is not to interfere in it.
• In case you feel you have a low or wrong score, you must clarify it with your existing or new employer.
• We are not responsible for the wrong fee transfers you make. We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
• Make sure to update your ID regularly.
• Along with the registration fee, you are to make the GST fee directly to the Government.
• While proceeding for a refund, the refund might not be as per Governmental rules indisputably.
• Bribing the team to make changes to your profile is a punishable offense.
• SCEIVi may affect your career adversely. Hence, make sure to read the terms and conditions well ahead of signing up.
• Offering additional payments to make wrong/ major changes is a punishable offense.
• Only the SCEIVi director has the authority to change your score legally (or in legal forms).
• In case a company rejects you for not signing up on SCEIVi, the team stands non-responsible.
• Any dispute arising out of the use of our website and or purchase with us and or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India.
